Indeed, an experimental violation of the famous Bell inequality forces us to abandon local realism as a plausible explanation of the world. What follows is a set of Bell-like experiments performed on November 30, 2016 in 12 labs around the world.
This initiative, coordinated by scientists at ICFO, required that the crucial decisions for the measurement settings were provided by thousands of humans worldwide, connected in real time to the laboratories through a videogame.
